| The reason why the air shower room can remove dust from various parts of the body of incoming and outgoing personnel is because there is a two-stage filtration and circulation system inside the air shower room. The purification project of a food factory is a necessary hardware equipment. The air sucked in by the air shower system is filtered by the primary and high level filters, and then blown out by the air shower nozzle. After being compressed by the air shower nozzle, the blown out wind speed reaches 25M/S. According to multiple tests organized by the International Alliance for Manufacturing Wind Shower Equipment, dust larger than 0.3 microns can be carried away 99.999% at this wind speed, so the international standard for wind shower speed should not be lower than 25M/S. GMP, QS and other dust-free workshops require air shower systems with sterilization. With the improvement of technology and product requirements, the air shower rooms used in dust-free workshops in multiple industries now need to be equipped with ozone or sterilization lamps as sterilization systems to remove bacteria hidden inside the air shower system and avoid polluting the dust-free workshop. The purification project of a food factory requires a focus on controlling three aspects of food hygiene and safety: 1¡¢ Control the operational norms of production personnel. 2¡¢ Control environmental pollution around food workshops (establish operating spaces for clean workshops). 3¡¢ Eliminate quality issues with product raw materials during the procurement process. The wind shower room occupies an important position in the clean room, using an internal loop air exchange method, with single or multiple side spraying, and spraying clean air from a rotating nozzle, effectively removing dust and dirt from personnel. The general spraying methods for wind shower rooms are divided into three types: Single blow type: The air shower room is equipped with a nozzle on only one side, horizontal spraying, suitable for production factories with low requirements, such as bucket water production workshops, food packaging production lines, beverage processing production lines, etc. Double blow type: equipped with nozzles on both sides, suitable for the food processing industry, such as small-scale workshops for pastry and dried fruit production. Three Blow Type: Both sides are equipped with nozzles on the top side, and the three sides spray simultaneously to achieve high results, suitable for high demand industries such as export production and processing enterprises. |
