The clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods, effectively blocking or reducing the entry of dust sources into the clean area. Installation points When installing the air shower room at the entrance of the clean room, there should be no gap between it and the clean room wall panel. If there is any air leakage, it should be repaired with sealant. Please pay attention to the level of equipment installation, otherwise it will affect the door opening and durability. The equipment is divided into base type and non base type. The base type can be directly leveled and filled with silicone for decoration. The non base type needs to be fixed with expansion screws and filled with silicone for decoration. Key points of use 1. Before entering, one should take off their outer clothing and accessories in the changing room, and wear clean and dust-free clothes, hats, masks, and gloves. 2. Upon entering the air shower room, the air shower door will automatically close the outer door. With infrared sensing, the air shower will automatically start and blow for 15 seconds. Factors affecting the air in the shower room: 1. The operators in the cleanroom must strictly follow the operating rules of the cleanroom. The doors and windows of the cleanroom should be kept closed at all times. There should be a buffer zone for the transfer of personnel and items between the cleanroom and non cleanroom, and there should be air bath equipment to prevent airflow convection. Personnel unrelated to production are not allowed to enter the cleanroom. 2. The frequency of air exchange in the cleanroom and the air supply volume of the air conditioning purification system are the main internal factors that maintain the positive pressure and cleanliness of the cleanroom, but they are constrained by the final resistance of the filters at all levels in the purification system. 3. The equipment in a clean room requires regular, scheduled, and manned cleaning and maintenance, and whether the materials and cleaning liquids used in cleaning comply with the regulations of clean room management. 4. The reasonable separation of people and logistics is of great significance for maintaining the cleanliness of the air shower room. Before entering the cleanroom, do people change clothes, blow and shower, and whether their attire meets the standards of cleanliness management? Some personnel with special production processes and high cleanliness requirements also need to take a bath before entering; Before entering the dust-free room, whether the packaging has been changed and whether the replaced materials meet the cleanroom standards, etc. Maintenance and upkeep 1. Regularly use instruments to measure various technical indicators of equipment, and promptly address any non-compliance with technical parameter requirements. 2. According to actual usage, regularly remove and clean the filter material from the primary air filter. 3. When the wind speed decreases, the surface of the primary air filter should be checked first to see if it turns black. If it turns black, it indicates that the pre filter has more dust and increased resistance. Therefore, the non-woven fabric inside the primary air filter should be removed for cleaning or replacement. 4. If the wind speed cannot be increased even after replacing or cleaning the non-woven fabric, it indicates that the high-efficiency air filter has been blocked, causing an increase in resistance. Therefore, the high-efficiency air filter should be replaced. 5. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, it is necessary to remove the spray ball plate, take out the high-efficiency filter, and pass it according to the original high-efficiency |
