The core material is generally made of high-quality flame-retardant paper honeycomb or aluminum honeycomb to ensure the strength and flatness of the clean door.
1、 Introduction to Steel Purification Doors:
The airtight purification door of Laidong Purification Company is equipped with advanced processing equipment from Japan, CNC bending machine, high precision, and beautiful appearance. The door frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled sheet paint, and the door body is made of galvanized steel plate paint. It is filled with paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, rock wool, and other materials. The door frame is kept in the same plane as the wall, which is more beautiful and has a sense of unity. There are sealing strips installed around the three sides, and the bottom of the door body is equipped with a lifting sweeping strip, which meets the requirements of the purification industry.
2、 Steel door characteristics:
1. The opening and closing of the purification airtight door is stable, convenient, safe and reliable, and can meet special requirements such as airtightness, sound insulation, and intelligence.
2. Rubber sealing edges are installed on each side of the door panel, filling the gap between the door panel and the door frame edge. The air tightness performance is excellent, playing a role in dust and bacteria prevention, reducing air leakage, and ensuring the gradient distribution of air pressure difference in adjacent rooms.
3. The observation window of the door leaf adopts a double-layer hollow tempered glass design (conventional size is 400 * 600mm), with silicone treatment applied to the four side gaps, which are very tight and reliable. The inner four corners are treated with arcs or right angles, and the appearance is beautiful and generous. Drying agents can be placed in the observation window to prevent water droplets from adhering to the glass on both sides due to liquefaction caused by humidity in high humidity environments over time.
4. The waist of the door leaf can be equipped with a stainless steel anti-collision belt to prevent accidental collision and damage to the surface of the door by the cart.
5. Three weeks are equipped with sealing strips, and the bottom of the door body is equipped with lifting sweeping strips, which meet the requirements of the purification industry.
