If it is a clean room in the electronics industry, strict control of static electricity is also required, so there are also anti-static requirements for materials, tools, packaging materials, etc. that come into contact with products. Company informs you of the general prohibitions and precautions for 10000 level clean rooms: (1) Those who have not obtained the qualification to enter the cleanroom are not allowed to enter the cleanroom. (2) It is strictly prohibited to come into contact with the product with bare hands. (3) Forms, Run Cards, record books, etc. should be filled out with care, and any alterations must be signed and dated on the side. (4) Gloves should be kept dry and clean, and should not be painted on them. (5) It is strictly prohibited to sit or lie on tabletops, footboards, floors, trash cans, guardrails, as well as leaning against machines or storage cabinets. (6) If the hands are prone to sweating or allergies, cotton gloves can be worn first, followed by PVC gloves or latex gloves. (7) Pay attention to all announcements and slogans at all times. (8) We should actively support each other, but we cannot operate unverified and qualified machines alone. (9) Everyone should promptly ban and correct personnel, items, labels, etc. that do not comply with regulations, and notify relevant supervisors. (1) Be careful not to expose your hair, mouth, or nose at all times. (2) Do not place dust-free clothes, hats, etc. on the floor at will. (3) You can only wear and take off clean clothes in the changing room, and cannot do it elsewhere. (4) The front and rear doors of the Air Shower cannot be opened simultaneously. (5) Running, playing, making noise, sleeping, etc. are strictly prohibited in the 10000 level clean room. (6) Eating or drinking is strictly prohibited in a clean room of 10000 levels. |
