| As is well known, major issues such as factory site selection, overall layout design, workshop layout, equipment selection, and management of production and product quality are important measures for production enterprises to ensure that the production environment meets clean standards and prevent pollution and cross contamination. However, in the design and implementation of clean engineering, there are some details that also need to be thoroughly studied. Otherwise, it is very likely that a thousand mile embankment will collapse in an ant colony. Projects that require huge financial and energy will not achieve the expected results due to unsuitable air ducts or personnel movement, affecting product quality. Air ducts require a balance between economy and efficiency In entralized or purified air conditioning systems, the requirement for air ducts is to supply air economically and effectively. The former requires low cost, convenient construction, high operating costs, and a smooth inner surface with low resistance. The latter refers to good tightness, no air leakage, no dust generation, no dust accumulation, no pollution, and can be fire-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and moisture resistant. During operation, sometimes the local resistance of the pipe fittings is significantly higher than the longitudinal resistance of the air duct, and this situation needs to be improved. The main types of pipe fittings include elbows, reducers, tees, and tees. The center curvature radius of the bent pipe should be greater than the side length of the rectangular duct, while for circular pipes, 1.25 times the diameter should be used. Large section air ducts should have guide vanes added inside the ducts to reduce resistance. However, in actual installation and construction, such treatment is less common. For variable diameter pipes, sudden diameter changes are not allowed, and they should be made into gradually expanding (shrinking) pipes. The expansion angle on each side of the gradually expanding pipe should be greater than 15 ¡ã, and the contraction angle on each side of the gradually shrinking pipe should not be greater than 30 ¡ã. The tee of rectangular air duct should be bent and diverted along the airflow bend, and the branch pipe should also have a certain curvature radius. If a 90 ¡ã angle diversion is required, guide vanes should be added inside the elbow. Air conditioning purification requires attention to energy conservation Air conditioning purification is a major energy consumer, and energy-saving measures need to be taken into consideration in design and construction. In design, the division of systems and areas, calculation of air supply volume, determination of temperature and relative temperature, determination of cleanliness level and air exchange frequency, fresh air ratio, insulation of air ducts, influence of bite form in air duct production on air leakage rate, influence of connection angle of main and branch pipes on air flow resistance, whether flange connections are leaking, and selection of equipment such as air conditioning boxes, fans, and chillers are all related to energy consumption. Therefore, These details must be taken into consideration. Select air conditioning units based on climate conditions The selection of air conditioning units should consider the climatic environment in which they are located. If in the northern regions with low winter temperatures and high dust content in the air, a new air preheating section should be added to the general air conditioning unit, and a water spraying air treatment method should be adopted to not only clean the air dust but also generate heat and temperature exchange to meet the required temperature and humidity. In the southern regions where the climate is humid and the concentration of dust in the air is low, there is no need to preheat the fresh air in winter. The air filtration and temperature and humidity regulation are carried out using primary filtration, with surface cooling to regulate temperature and humidity. The temperature and humidity reduction process can also be strengthened, followed by medium efficiency filtration and terminal high-efficiency or sub high-efficiency filtration. It is best to use variable frequency fans for the matching fan of the air conditioning box, which not only saves energy but also allows for flexible adjustment of air volume and pressure. Telephone and fire alarm equipment cannot be omitte Setting up telephones and intercoms in clean rooms can reduce personnel movement in the clean area, reduce dust generation, and also enable timely communication with external parties in the event of a fire |
