| 1. Thin coated epoxy resin flooring Features: Overall flat, strong adhesion, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, moisture-proof, mold resistant, colorful, and easy to clean, simple construction, short construction period, and cost-effective.Scope of application: Good floor foundation, no heavy load light industrial plants, parking lots, office rooms, warehouses, dust-free walls, ceiling painting, repair of old epoxy resin floors, etc. Construction steps: 1、 Ground treatment: Use a grinder to polish the original ground clean and then remove dust; 2、 Primer: Use a trowel to scrape the prepared epoxy resin primer onto the dust-free floor; 3、 Midway: After the primer has dried, use a trowel to scrape the prepared intermediate coating onto the primer (multiple times can be scraped according to the foundation of the ground) 4、 Surface coating: After the intermediate coating is cured, remove protruding particles and other debris, and use a roller to roll the prepared surface coating onto the intermediate coating. 2. Epoxy fiberglass resin flooring Features: It can improve the strength and integrity of the floor substrate, with strong adhesion, not easy to crack, waterproof, excellent anti-corrosion performance, not easy to age, beautiful and easy to clean. Scope of application: Cement floors that require enhanced tensile strength, or first floor floors and drainage ditches that are resistant to strong acids, alkalis, chemical solvents, and corrosion. Construction steps: 1、 Plain ground treatment: First, grind off the debris on the original ground to make it rough, and then remove dust; 2、 Primer: Use a trowel to scrape the prepared primer onto a dust-free and clean surface; 3、 Fiberglass layer: After the primer has dried, lay the fiberglass cloth on the ground, then pour the resin onto the fiberglass cloth and scrape it evenly with a trowel; 4、 Intermediate coating: After the resin of the fiberglass layer is cured, use a grinder to remove the protruding burrs, then clean and remove dust, and then use a trowel to smooth the prepared intermediate coating on the fiberglass layer; 5、 Surface coating: After the intermediate coating is completely cured, use a grinder to polish the surface rough, remove dust, and clean it. Then, use a trowel to apply the prepared surface coating on the intermediate coating. 3. Epoxy resin mortar flooring Features: Wear resistance, impact resistance, and good hardness; Prevent chemical solvents and acid, alkali, and salt media from corroding the surface; Can be made to have a surface anti slip or matte effect. Scope of application: Electronic and mechanical factories that require good ground wear resistance and certain impact resistance. Capable of driving 1-2 ton forklifts, heavy hand carts, etc., especially suitable for first floor and uneven ground. Construction steps: 1、 Ground treatment: Use a grinder to polish the original ground as a whole, then clean and remove dust; 2、 Primer: Use a trowel to scrape the prepared epoxy primer onto the dust-free and clean ground; 3、 Mortar layer: After the primer is cured, mix the resin and quartz sand evenly in proportion, and then use a trowel to scrape them onto the primer (the number of quartz sand mesh used varies depending on the thickness); 4、 Intermediate coating: After the mortar layer solidifies, use a trowel to smooth the prepared resin onto the mortar layer; 5、 Surface coating: After the intermediate coating is completely cured, use a grinder to polish the surface once, then clean and remove dust. After filtering the prepared epoxy surface coating, use a trowel to smooth it on the intermediate coating. 4. Diamond hardening agent wear-resistant floor Features: 1.
