When conducting sedimentation bacteria testing, special culture dishes must be used, with specific nutrients placed in each dish. After being left in the workshop for a period of time, the number of sedimentation bacteria in the air can be calculated based on the number of bacteria growing in the nutrients. Standard 2 for a 100000 level purification workshop: pressure difference. The pressure difference between clean rooms of the same cleanliness level should be consistent. For adjacent clean rooms of different cleanliness levels, the pressure difference should be ¡Ý 5Pa, and between clean rooms and non clean rooms, it should be ¡Ý 10Pa. This is mainly to ensure that the air flows from the clean area to the non clean area and avoid airflow backflow. Standard four for a 100000 level purification workshop: temperature and humidity.
